Am a first time greenhouse farmer and I was quite apprehensive about getting into greenhouse farming business. I went through a number of companies that specialize in irrigation and greenhouse technologies. When I finally decided on Grekkon Limited I presumed it as one of those companies that may not take great interest in their clientele. OH! I was wrong. I was amazed at how Grekkon Limited took time to listen and understand my needs, carried a site visit and gave their recommendations. Furthermore, Grekkon Limited offers free agronomist advice to date - this is a great deal and bonus for first time greenhouse farmers like me. The experience I have had with Grekkon has changed my attitude towards greenhouse farming. I now have the confidence and resilience to move forward. ASANTE SANA GREKKON, you are phenomenon.

Be advised - They do not accept any product returns whatsoever. Even if their equipment doesn't work or is unused upon return. Bought 2 impact sprinklers. Tried the smaller size one - it sprayed water but did not rotate. Tried severally to get technical support but they appeared to be avoiding my calls. Eventually I was told that the water pressure I was using was insufficient (even though both sprinklers were claimed to be low water pressure sprinklers). I have used sprinklers from other companies on the same water lines without issues of sprinkler rotation. Went back to Grekkon the next day to get a solution or return the sprinklers - only to be told that refunds are not possible. They did not even inspect the sprinkler to determine whether it was defective or if it was missing any parts. They do not have any hose/water systems onsite to test the sprinklers - so one wonders how they ensure that their products are in sound condition prior to sale or how they trouble-shoot faulty equipment. The focus seems to be solely on selling products without offering any technical or after sales support. Terrible experience. Response to the Owner It is noted that: 1.\tYou do not dispute that Grekkon does not provide refunds for returns whatsoever 2.\tYour statements are not factual, for example: \tExample 1) how could your technician have (as you state) “inspected them in your presence and found them in perfect working condition” – if you do not have a setup with hoses and an area to test them at your facility? \tExample 2) your Grekkon website states that your impact sprinklers can work by gravity, (quote: “A plastic impact sprinkler is an overhead irrigation accessory that waters crop under moderate to high pressure. The moderate pressure power force is by gravity”). Also on another of your webpages, it is stated, “IMPACT SPRINKLERS Our plastic or brass sprinklers are designed to work under low gravity”.
