Got ticket at 7.30 14 September and waited nearly five hours for a very rude unconcerned doctor to arrive who could not read x rays so I leave at 3.30 with yet another appointment next week to see another doctor, still got pain no treatment another display of doctor not caring about patients. The just want money from private work don't care about ordinarily people.

Good service delivery, though congestion is still a challenge
Definitely improved but a lot needs to be done to ensure fast, efficient and convenient patient registration and payment. The long queues at the payment office need to be worked on.
