After slipping a disc in my back while pregnant,I found it difficult to lift my newborn son during recovery from back surgery. Dr Dennis made sure that he tailored the physiotherapy to help me with this. He was also really good at accommodating my son when I had to bring him to appointments with. I recommend the practice.

Thanks team spectrum physiotherapy services kitengela.I have had back problem which started on 2014,the pain was so intense which followed up with weakness that I had to be on wheelchair. Am now on my feet walking. I could not sleep,pain along my legs and hands like electric shock was devastating. .had gone to various hospitals but could not see any change.Thanks to doctor Steve Kitengela west hospital who referred me to Spectrum when I had lost the hope.I hesitated but he insisted which I decided to go later.I had forgotten how people feel when they are not in pain I felt I had started life a fresh I am now able to move around,walk without pain ,have resumed back to work, people are surprised when they see me walk.
