I bought my car with SBT Japan early this year, the car was delivered and everything was fine but I didn't receive my spare key for the car I have been following up since March with no success kindly but urgently send my other spare key..i cannot use the car because the other key was misplaced.. Someone helpppppp!!!!!!!!!!

They claimed to have replaced the tyres on a car I purchased, and sent photos of nice new tyres prior to shipping, but when it arrived the tyres were totally worn out and from different brands!
