Awesome, the service was fantastic my fur baby 'Ice' had the best time here. This place is so convenient and very affordable it allowed me to go about my business in the city without worry. There shop is well stocked and we got high quality pet food and snacks. The pet grooming is at another level. Thank you.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly ready to serve
They've taken up a much bigger space than in my last visit. So they can accomodate more pets! Best bit about their service is that; not only do they groom pets they also have boarding services for both cats and dogs! I could be wrong but I believe its the 1st pet shop in Nairobi to do so, at scale they are doing so. The staff are also very nice and "warm". To both pets and pet owners

Good grooming service for all dog types and ages , despite pricey cost. Would recommend to visit quarterly. Boarding and day care services for dogs also available. Would highly recommend for the pet immunization card to be stamped by a vet with an updated license number for easy access of overnight onboarding services.
