Iam very disappointed with GREATRIFT. I visited the Mfangano Street office yesterday to send a parcel to Kitale, the lady at the parcel office told me the parcel will be transported on the same day and will get to Kitale in the evening, she changed the narrative after I made the payment and said the parcel will be transported at night. I called the office in Eldoret today at 12:21, to inquire if the van had arrived in Eldoret and she said the van left Eldoret at 8:00am, I called the Nairobi office again and apparently, they had blocked my number. I called using a different line and they picked and said the van was in Eldoret, I am left wondering who's statement should I follow. Honesty and transparency is key in running any business and interacting with clients. I am disappointed, that a parcel that was delivered at the Mfangano street office at 10:00 am on Wednesday, is yet to be delivered at it's destination.

The driver is whizzing at incredibe89 km/h and is poor at spotting bumbs and such.Very unproffesional and reckless All drivers should have same standards of training and the speed governors be monitored kept at 80kph
