This is the biggest Huduma center in Nairobi and in the country. The security is very tight and provided always within and without the establishment. There is a help desk for support on arrival in case someone doesn't know where the service they need is. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to assist. Almost all services are offered within this center. There are waiting areas for different services where someone can sit. General cleanliness of the area is excellent. Very accessible to wheelchair persons. Special attention is always given and provided to persons who are differently abled. #Letsguide

A perfect place to get government services like NTSA related services, CRB, NSSF, EACC, Birth certificate, ID card, AGPO, Police among others they're organized and efficient make sure you book your appointment online first before the day you need a particular service. They have recently introduced an online appointment booking system make sure you book one in advance, It has actually helped in reducing earlier lines and congestion. Their customer service is excellent the best in any Kenyan government institution by far I'd highly recommend them for most government services.

An easily accessible center to be especially when one wants to get government services like applications, renewals and collections of some government documents very fast. The operations are smooth and I especially liked the ticketing system. Very friendly staff and the security is paramount.
I love Huduma GPO Nairobi. It's the best citizen platform place that addresses all citizen issues. It's a good place to pick your good conduct certificate, ID card, driving license and all other government documents.
