They are not very helpful if you are trying to choose the vehicle from BeForward yourself. Especially when you ask for duty figures. I was told they are too busy to check the total approximate amount that I would need to pay. Despite being ready to purchase almost immediately. I had requested for 3 vehicles. I ended up buying my vehicle elsewhere.
