I have to say, I really hate this wifi network, it reached a point I just Uninstalled it, of all the networks I've used and seen with my friends, this must be the worst.. They need to up their game... At first, after installing, it's really fun to use, until a week or so... It deteriorates, like what kind of business are you guys running if you are not completely transparent with your customers...?

Carrix is not the best their wifi is very poor and doesn't work on the zoom platform and it comes to a point that it doesn't work completely,wifi is paid but you have to have bundles
As someone who've used almost all internet providers around Kiambu, I must say carrix cut's above the list of the best providers. Now, I'm not so sure the experience would be the same without EDU...that man is a real asset to your company. He's the main reason we've settled for carrix for years. He've been to my place countless times even when I complain on SUNDAYS when most people would tell you to wait until monday. I don't know his role in the company but Edu should receive some sort of promotion.
