The ladies working there on 5th of February had very terrible customer focus...they look at someone waiting to be served as if they are not ready to assist. Questions asked were answered in a brief and curt manner. Very dismissive.

Most customer service departments suck in Kenya, and this store is no exception. Safaricom is expensive, full of problems, and extremely corrupt (I always think about business ethics)... Most of the time they have no idea what to do or say, even for the most basic problems. I'm not going to recommend Airtel or anything else, because it's pretty much the same everywhere. Welcome to Kenya

Without a doubt, the worst customer service I've had in Nairobi. Staff are downright rude and unhelpful, to the point that you could almost believe you were in a hidden-camera comedy show. One upside: the security guard (at time of writing) is an absolute gem - always warm and friendly, and far more pleasant to deal with than the staff.

Extremely poor customer service. Had an issue with my Safaricom Airtime as a first-time customer, and was basically told to take a hike. The customer service person started out unfriendly and became downright rude.
Please note: This is not an official Safaricom Shop. If you need those services, head to The Junction Mall. Otherwise - service is usually fast for the MPESA Transactions line.
