We went to Nakuru National Park. Great, friendly guide who put a lot of effort into making the day great for us (buying as fruits to try on the way, taking a lot of time in the park to find ALL the animals) and spoke great english too a bit of care is to be taken with the calculations of Kenneth as he tries to calculate in his favour. :-) therefore only 4 stars.. the guide definitly deserved 5

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT TRUSTY. WOULD NEVER REPEAT. Kenneth promised us 3 days entry to the park, a driver-guide and a visit to de Masai Village the second day (and that is what we paid for). The reasons for this opinion are the following: 1. We went into the park only 2 days, the driver told us that if we wanted to enter for the third day we had to pay 80 USD. We tried to contact Kenneth, but he did not answer the phone for us (he did for the driver). 2. The driver was not a guide as promised and he kept talking by the phone while he was working and driving. 3. They changed our van the day of the return for another one that was broken. They knew the car was broken and still changed it. We were standing in the middle of Kisumu's main road with a broken car and still Kenneth didn't pick up the phone. 4. After the whole trip, and after calling Kenneth with several numbers, we reached him and he promised to give us 50 USD back. We never saw that money. In whole, whenever we had a problem Kenneth didn't answer his phone, he kept making up excuses (even to his own employees) not to give us back the money. He didn't accomplish anything of what he promised. Once he had received our money, he didn't care about us anymore.
Poor communication. Not all meals covered as stated. Guide didn't know the animals.
