Was there once before and Dr Pancholi seems to be a top dermatologist and does good quick diagnosis and treatment. 5 stars for him! The actual clinic (at Pandya Memorial Hospital) though was quite like “old office dirty”. Second time around I again received quick diagnosis and treatment but place still looked like an old office with unkept toilet, unbecoming for a medical establishment (negative 1 star). Check though the prices because it was a bit confusing. Charged me for two consultation fees because I had two scabs to remove. When I complained the girl just looks at me smiling and shrugging her shoulders(negative 1 star) What dropped down the stars more was that they would not accept nothing but cash, so I had to run around to 3 different mpesa places to withdraw money (the mpesa places were unwilling to give out more than a few thousand and ended up going to a bank with mpesa across the road) then came back to pay. Got receipt with no breakdown of what I was charged for (negative 2 stars). Service with a smile at least, though mine was upside down at this point ️.
