I love the historical building. I especially appreciate how strict they are with their schedule unlike other churches iny he area. Their institutions have ensured that this church stands over a century since its founding.

The service was great! There's ample parking,.. I know how kids can be at times when they are hungry, "mum/dad i want this.. " not to worry_there's tea and snacks are served served by the church, youth church service.. Am sorry but i don't seem to remember whether there was a small kids play ground..

Beautiful historic architectural design, recently renovated. Located in a tranquil environment along the Nkrumah Road. Ideal for spending time if one is searching for spiritual nourishment and inner peace. The huge baobab tree at the entrance is as magnificent as the church itself... if only it could speak, it would have been great to hear what it has seen for the centuries that it has stood there, watching generations pass but always providing us with the baobab fruit.

Its worth to visit this historical building in the heart of Monbasa on your way down to Fort Jesus. Its a very quiet and cool place (inside the church) full of history. Many memorial plaques tell stories about missionaries, soldiers and other well known people. Since several months you have to pass a security check but the staff is fast and friendly. I enjoyed the visit so much!
