Wonderful beach-front restaurant with open outdoor seating on the ground level as well as terrace upstairs. A wide selection of various traditional and Kenyan dishes. Beef, chicken, mutton, pork, goat meat. Wide selection of both hot & cold alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. Great service from the staff. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed my time there, plus the fantastic food! The dj is also great and had us dancing!

Been a few times and it's hit or miss with the service. Just waited for a menu and he brings me the drinks menu even though its 1.30pm. After that i have no idea where he went. So i got a food menu myself and sat at a different table. Better service but Breakfast ended at 10am but there is no note of it in the menu. Location is great. Coffee good.
Very beautiful views of the ocean, live band music wonderful and really entertaining, the food is out of this word, good customer service, all liquors served here. Highly recommended for groups, couples, families and spouces wanting to rekindle
The place has amazing modern apartments with a beautiful interior.The restaurant is amazing especially if you are a meat lover.....You get to choose what part of the kind of meat you wanna eat and they get it as ordered.The place is just before,or, can i say right next sarova white sands or before it depending on which direction you are from.The room service is amazing.I loved the place so so much.
This place is amazing and fit for all ages. Those who love the ocean will enjoy this place as it has an amazing view of the ocean while at the restaurant. Service is quick and top notch, no 45 minute wait for your food instead you get to enjoy your food in exactly 15minutes! How awesome is that!! Also whatever food you order is freshly prepared as you get into the restaurant, you get a view of the open kitchen where the food is prepared. Kids are considered too as there is a kids section for them where parents and guardians can watch them as they play while enjoying themselves. Make time and visit Char Choma, you won't regret it.
This a must visit if in Mombasa...the ambience is just perfect....the place is just beautiful...perfect for dates and large groups. They also have entertainment in the evening. I would recommend you go there before 4 and stay till evening as it really gets really full in the evening hence save your space and seat early.
The food is delicious. Big playground for kids. Every Sunday have clown play with kids. Very nice place.
The choma is delicious, the staff is polite, the prices are friendly
