If it were up to me I'd give it no star at all, not even a hate star. The lady there is too arrogant and lazy to even stand and show you the items that you are asking about. She only told me about the prices and when I insisted on seeing the product, she said it is refrigerated so unless I am buying she can't bring it to the counter. I had to check out BIG AGROVET which is just right opposite them, has also ladies but two charming ones and ended up buying what I needed. Kenchic you need a sales person at your front desk, no one less. Sale lost.
