MombasaWorks is a coworking and learning space and community of independent professionals and entrepreneurs in Mombasa. We design work spaces and curate events to bring people together. We believe that the most powerful societal change often comes from unlikely alliances between people who have previously seen little need to work together; and that real and sustainable development will come from more collaboration. We chose the name ‘MombasaWorks’ to serve as a small reflection of the diverse pockets of entrepreneurial energy in Mombasa - people making Mombasa work, as it were. As well as support the development of new and exciting initiatives improving the economy and the livelihoods therein.
