The order process was very smooth but the end result of my cake completely disappointing and overpriced for that case. How can someone even have the guts to send what was delivered to me as a cake!!!! I have never been disappointed by a cake like this one!!!! Never will i ever recommend you to anyone... And no apology was offered!!!

I needed a cake on short notice and they were very helpful. They delivered a delicious birthday cake in just three hours with no advance notice whatsoever. When we spoke on the phone they were friendly and willing to go the extra mile of delivering to my hotel at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Nyali Cake House for anyone who lives in Nyali or is even there for a visit, as I was.

I rarely write reviews about my online finds but Nyali Cake House deserves to be acclaimed. I knew they specialize in designer cakes but just figured maybe I could try ordering for my 5yrs old son's birthday cake and luckily they were very accommodating. I ordered Minecraft theme 2kgs Red Velvet Cake. I was so satisfied with that order, I am telling you, they have the best Red Velvet cake I have ever tasted. The cream cheese buttercream was just heavenly. Their cakes are sinfully indulgent and reasonably priced – you definitely get what you pay for. I was truly happy with my order and appreciate how they went above and beyond with my requests. I definitely recommend them.
Besides being the best cake shop in Mombasa, they also have respectful and nice manager. You should try them.
It was birthday of love of my life my soulmate and I was worried how can I manage to send the flowers.. but Jay came as the biggest rescue... not only I got flowers but I also found the most delicious and freshest cake made to order within 2 hours. Then the delivery area was out of bounds but Jay made sure to deliver it on time and I will say before time. All this when I was not even in Mombasa. He chose the freshest flowers even. All this brought a smile on my face sweetheart’s face which can’t be explained but can only be felt if you are truly in love. God bless Jay. He is one of nicest and most humble human being. May all his dreams come true.

I bought a cake and flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and the reaction was worth everything. The cake and flowers were absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to buy again! Thanks guys.
