Great staff who are exceptionally friendly yet professional. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. The meals were delicious. The room was big and spacious. Very fast internet and easy access to the pool. Great view of the ocean from our room and one could just walk to the beach within 5 minutes. There's a prayer room and that was a bonus for me. NB: If you ask the chef at the egg or steak bar for a tweak they might just serve you something special

Great place for family fun. We had an amazing experience with the kids. Very friendly staff right from the reception, restaurant even the guards. Separate pool for the kids, kids club with various kids activities and great food.. I will definitely visit the place again, we enjoyed our stay.

I really did enjoy my stay here. One thing that stood out was the great customer serviceYou feel at home. The rooms are so great; especially the sea view ones. Their buffet is so good and has a variety.Also their pool is so cleanThey have people for some great gymnastics at the pool and entertainment at diner. Their WiFi is also very great at each place on the hotel. Keep it up!!!

Very good hospitable team. Lovely service and rooms. The kids loved the water park. The only negative is that they service tea/coffee with meals as part of the soft drink accompanying meals on full board. I only wish they could serve a glass of juice or soda due to the hot weather. We will definitely go back.

The customer service at Pride Inn Paradise Beach Resort and Spa was impeccable, great hospitality and an excellent team of staff. The conference facility, the view of the beach, the spacious rooms and a variety of sumptuous food, I would highly recommend for any meetings or vacations planned. The Covid-19 protocols were very strict and adhered to, from sanitization points. One staff who stood out was Mr.Saahil who made sure we were comfortable at the conference.

We had an amazing experience at the bar. We ordered steak and got a meal fit for a king and a queen. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the portions were HUGE. The service was sublime and Johnson was the best waiter ever. Thank you, we can't wait to come back
