We just spent 5 weeks at Diani Beachalets and we LOVED it! John, Rhonda & the amazing staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had the best time. We were on a budget so stayed in the beautifully appointed garden room for 2 people (ground floor). Instead of a beach view we had a garden view- which was just lovely. We are ocean active, so walked our stand up paddle boards to the ocean each morning for a paddle and a snorkel, and each afternoon our kite gear- the distance is nothing and close enough if you have heavy gear, we didn't struggle from being a little further back. The room was perfect for our stay. Basic, functional and had everything we needed. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We made at least 1 meal a day in the apartment and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. We had an outdoor area with a sofa, dining table and another table and chairs which was in the shade and extended the space nicely. For a comfortable stay right on the beach at a good price you can't go wrong with Beachlets. I highly recommend it, and will definitely be returning! Thanks for such an awesome stay :)

Having spent a little under 2 weeks at Diani Beachalets, I am disappointed I hadn’t found this place sooner. The cottages are clean, functional and right on the beach. They have a functioning kitchen, great barbecue spots and large airy rooms. There is always water on tap and we were luckily not plagued my the Coast’s regular power outages. Hosts John and Rhonda are always around to personally attend to your queries and gave full attention to our varying needs as a group of 6 adults. This is the perfect place to unwind with your friends and family as the lazy ocean laps the shore. The refrigerator in cottage 3 guarantees the coldest beers on the Diani coastline! I foresee frequenting them often.
We spent amazing five days at the beachfront cottage and everything was perfect. Spent our evenings on a terrace, cooked fresh fish meals in a well equipped kitchen! Would love to come back here.

Nice budget stay at the beach with great owners and staff. The white sandy beach is divine. I am hoping to return again and again this time for a longer stay. If possible, pick the sea facing rooms as I believe they are a lot cooler due to the ocean breeze blowing directly (diani is very hot) though the garden rooms are big and spacious as well. The security is tight and you feel very safe. I love the Beachalets and wouldn't go anywhere else in Diani for a great budget stay
