Do not be decieved by the beauty you see from outside or the stories you are told. The estate promises you fresh water upon accepting the tenancy contract. However they serve pure salt water claiming it is mixed with fresh water as the county cannot be trusted. Secondly, the management charges twice the cost of fresh water for salt water with no reasons. Service charge amounts to 5k bundled into the rent yet the swimming pool isn't private used by non residents. Selective priority where motorbikes are not allowed inside yet some tenants feel special and are allowed. It is now over prices with claims the road leading to the estate would be made however nothing and it's a dark, bumpy and kind of unsafe road. For intending residents, it is good you read the tenancy contract well because if you choose to vacate before six months you tend to loose one of your deposits as the tenancy contract claims. There is a lot of suffering in silence by the residents
Once you vacate just know you’ll loose your 3/4 of your deposit.your deposit will be refunded after two months then you will be charged with extra water bill ,power and double prices on repairs.if you question the manager he is so rude and arrogant to clarify why you are being refunded less deposit.if you want rent Longterm at KMA MTWAPA just know you will loose your money and the manager will frustrate you to the core when asking for refund! They will insist you pay two months deposit as they know they will deduct 3/4 of it when you are moving out!! I know am not the first one to complain ,
