Safari Hill

Sadly, it’s the only safaricom shop in Muranga town. It has the worst customer service. Only one person that works all day at the customer service. The guy is slow and seems not to know what hat he’s doing. It’s the worst service and shop. The ladies selling phones and accessories all they do is discuss customers which is so unprofessional and be on their phones. They treat people like pieces of garbage. They have bad attitude and very uncouth. Something should be done to haste the services offered here and teach the people working here how to be kind to people and professional.
