I agree with Cynthia on this one. Your customer service has dwindled in the last few months. Instead of defending your mistakes, apologize for causing inconvenience to your customers. Several times you have been called and nobody picks up. Especially when I tried to make an order. The customer service guy is also unprofessional, unhelpful and uncooperative. Please employ someone else who can cater to customers in a better way.
Great services and innovations in the place
A good place to visit and train on organic farming. Good work and keep it up. It’s a new enterprise and they need encouraging. I learned a few thing on mushrooms and edible anthropoid farming. Will visit again soon fir training.
Bad and unprofessional customer service!!! The guy behind the phone told me that he had the Mushroom grow kits available and that I should pay for them. When I called to pay for them, he says they are unavailable. I came all the way from Mombasa to collect them and buy seeds in Nairobi since there is no stock but that guy wasted my time! I would not recommend them at all !!!
Poor response from the management
So far first experience, disappointed! After setting up appointment and order, confirmed with phone... I drove 30 Km then no one was at the farm. Calling and no one picking up
