I was interested in acquiring a ladder for home use and was guided through different types they had quite well. Very rude to customer. I was attended by another guy there who is tall, white beard and indian. I asked for price of sliding door and he said that he can't tell me because it's too expensive. It's like he had judged us that we don't have money. I proceeded to ask if the sliding windows are strong enough or if they can break but he answered back rudely. He was rude twice and I didn't like it. Otherwise they have a variety of mirrors, toilets and windows. Improve on your customer service please.
