This business misleads clients into believing they are purchasing real Coolsculpting services managed by qualified and certified staff. Nothing of the sort. Their machines are Chinese fakes, and the results are ineffective. They charge you a big price for nothing. The facilities are very average and staff was never on time.

Truly the home of non invasive liposuction.
I would like to give my review on this place. I was honestly very skeptical considering I found out about them on Instagram and had my procedure booked in less than 1 week. The staff is amazing...very professional and patient. I had a liposuction and Lipo filling done to by butt and my sunken hips. The surgeon took his time and nailed the look I was going for. I hope they keep up the good work because I plan on doing another surgery with them. Keep up the good work Body By Design. I promised to send you a cake and I will....I AM HAPPY.
I came in at 11am for an 11am appointment. It is now noon and your team refused to refund me my consultancy fee despite the delay being on your end. It is not only unprofessional behaviour to keep someone waiting for an hour and to ask that they even wait for longer for an appointment and even worse that you chose to keep the consultancy fee that I paid for. If you behave like this over 2000 shillings I cannot imagine how you must be with even more serious patient care.
Excellent Services.
First of all, the rooms are sooo cold. And am not sure these little girls handling customers have any experience yet one pays hefty amounts for procedures. These procedures don't also work.
