i have never been in this hospital before but i want to know how its services are, does the Nhif card cover everything ,or its limited in some cases.
Very Poor services at the reception,a lady throws my card back to me just after understanding that I will be paying after every clinic visit which I was nat satisfied with because at my first visit I was told there is no other charges after paying the first
Excellent maternity services recommendable but very slow outpatient services very disappointing u might get well in the process of waiting
Worst experience! I booked an appointment with a doctor only to be told to wait an hour for the doctor to arrive. 1 hour 20mins later upon waiting, the doctor had still not showed up. I had to make a request for the receptionist to call her and inquire how far the doctor was, only to be told to wait another 40mins. Nkt... Lack of professionalism.
Thought this is one among the essential services providers only to find doors closed no services going on for wanaanchi past 630pm where you are directed your NHIF card is like a useless document all they are asking is money yet you have selected the hospital as your outpatient facility. This is totally unacceptable
