Please AVOID Chabrin at all cost, I left Ciru&Wambu apartment at the end of September 2020, they haven't given me my deposit till now. I am planning to take the next level, the law! I might reach out to other tenants they've refused to give back the deposit. Stay put.

I have been a tenant at one of the properties managed by Chabrin for the past five months. Services were fairly okay until May 2020 when they disconnected water supply for all their tenants who were struggling to pay rent. I find this inhumane at a difficult time for many people in Kenya. A little consideration would go a long way at a time when livelihoods are affected for many Kenyans.
Unfair, Unrealistic, inhumane and thieves!
Among the best agencies I have dealt with so far.. They have an automated system which has my rent reflect automatically in their systems such that they can tell immediately I pay even without knocking at my door or me presenting my bank slip..
this are connmen will never recommend anyone to you guys since last year you've never made a refund of my deposit.leo ndio mnanipea cheque ya 1500 and my deposit ilikuwa ya 6k . i need my deposit guys cant tolerate this will be there on monday to collect the full amount.
Dealt with Wambui, she is an angel before you secure the property, and disappears immediately after you've secured deposits. Does not pick calls, hardly, always gives excuses, shifts goalposts, dishonest. Then there is Mary, it is rumoured that she is a manager. She is rude as hell. I met her once, after they were terminated at Loresho greens (which has been ran down as per 2018) She is no different from city council askaris, unreasonable, imprudent. These guys are not in it to serve residents at a fee, all they care about is their commissions. I gave them a one because I couldn't find a zero. Run!!!!
Typical agency who steal your deposit! Live day thieves who will even steal your clothes and stuff, worst agency ever!
