The place is quite crammed, you may need help in locating a book. Service is slow although they stock most of the needed books. Lots of self important Indians who through red tape slow the process of acquiring a book. If you can get an alternative kindly use.

Great business. They have a really big selection of books, and had exactly the book I needed but couldn't find anywhere else in Nairobi. I tried ordering online, but had a small problem, so I called them instead. They took down the ISBN number from me, and a couple of hours later a boda showed up at my door with it! Amazing service.
