Great. Estate and location. Hopefully,once the government roads are expanded ,potholes eased and cleared and,hence ease traffic would be great. Great location and proximity to all major facilities.
The place has a unique vibe due to the community living together and the business it attracts . The gym is something to look forward. The fruit store selling fresh juice is the winner and the pricing is perfect although they took a little long to serve.
BE CAREFUL if staying in an Air BNB here. The security guards aren't your friends. I was held up inside the compound in an attempt to shake me down for additional money for a "cleaning fee" charged outside of Air BNB. Just be careful. However, the accommodations were really great. You have to pay for the electricity using MPesa, take note of this and mind the instructions on how to do so. Water was safe to drink (for me at least). Friendly to foreigners. Felt generally safe. I stayed here for a few weeks and didn't have any issues apart from the last-day shakedown.
