First time i visited this facility I wasn't sure what kind of service I would get. I met this very friendly nurse who really took her time to explain stuff to us and she made me want to come back. I have been there three times now, served by three different people and their service is really good. I would choose this place over the private hospitals i have gone to for minor treatment.

This is my local health center and it's known as Karura City Council Clinic. It's not called Muthaiga as shown on the map. Quick service due to short or no queue and free everything. From registration, to lab, to medication. On the downside, only common prescription drugs are available and you would probably end up buying some of the medicines prescribed.
