A great place to spend time with your loved ones. Access is a bit difficult due to the rough roads. So, if you are not driving, it would be wise to arrange some mode of transport beforehand. We had some difficulties when leaving, especially since it started raining later in the evening. One of their staff, James, was helpful though. He organized for a car to come pick us up. Also, the place has 2 entrance points. We took the back route when getting there. So, from here, you have to access the place by crossing through the suspended bridge. If you have a phobia for heights, then get ready to scream your lungs out. It worth trying though, all that adrenaline rush! There are numerous activities. From swimming to glass blowing and pottery. Unfortunately, we were asked to pay more money to see the glass blowing though we have paid at the entrance. We just got to see the pottery bit. Their items are a bit pricey though, but very beautiful and unique for decor- both indoor and outdoor. I also got some glass beads for my hair. The ambience and the views are magnificent. They also have some cottages, with very excellent views and close to the pool. Hoping to go back soon.

This place is amazing! I'm a sustainable fashion designer, and I decided to use the Kitengela Glass Cottages for my latest photo shoot for my brand Lilabare. It was so inspiring to be in a place that engorges you in its art! From the floors to the view, the lovely workshop and friendly staff, this place was wonderful. every nook and cranny is filled with something created by the iconic Kitengela glass. Definitely worth a visit. There's a pool with a gorgeous view of the quintessential Kenyan Savannah landscape, plus a restaurant (which I never visited sadly!) Will be back soon. One of the most unique and interesting places I've been in my home country

Place is located next door to Kitengela Hot Glass Ltd. Garden with weird sculptures, shop with strange pieces of art, psychodelic cottages. African Gaudi. Or Wonderland? Not to be missed!!! Crossing gorge by Scary bridge is chargable. 15 min after the bridge you will be rewarded by cold beer and tasty niama choma of Maasai lodge.
