Helpful and friendly staffs here, I was here two weeks ago, and was served faster dispite the long queue, everything went on smoothly and protocol was observed. Accessibility for differently abled persons also available and they offer them first priority and for me that is really adorable . Since public services to all are offered here, you don't need to visit while in a rush. Take your time go as early as your scheduled appointment, and you will surely be served faster.
It's okay. For a government institution my expectation was that it would deliver services fast. Overall, staff are kind and willing to assist you.
Avoid by any means don’t buy anything and deliver there you will spend half of your time 50 years back in time between counters. If you not have half day to spare on a closed dor space with a lubch of people desperate to get thir items you better avoid this place. To claim back a small package you will wait on at least 6 separate lines (get stamps, identify your parcel, pay, inspect.....).
Went to get my parcel I have been following up for the past 4 months. Funny enough this parcel had arrived and was undergoing processing. 10 days ago I saw an update on the tracking number and upon arriving here today, the parcel had been signed out and collected by another person without my permission and consent. All Posta Kenya tells me is that I should contact the shipping company. What Bul*sh*it. Very bad experience for me, not to. Talk about the 2 hours wasted there in the queue from counter to counter.
First of all kindly post a number that actually works. What is this customer service even. Please aki ....let's help each other out here because I have noted more complains of the same nature please ata kama hamjiskii kuongelesha watu imagine post a number that goes through....heh.....
Counter 54 has very good customer experience, just don't go there with an attitude. They are human as you at the end of the day. They sorted me out very well. Just wow! I wish I took their names though.
