I’m giving this Hotel 2 stars based on service. Accommodations would be 4. Here’s why: 1: food orders will 80% not come as you’ve ordered. I don’t know why they bothered writing it down. 2: Also about food, it can take a very long time to get the food. We ordered a pizza and it took 1h30min. The first lunch which was the Tilapia with Ugali took a good 50 minutes. The only time the food was prepared in reasonable time was during breakfast. 3: I’m not too sure how much they’re wifi works. More than half of the time there is a signal, but no internet. 4: I expected room service to be more thorough baed on the quality of this hotel and rate. I suggest using all your patience and a little more. Overall it is good, but could be a lot better.
