The service is fast. They let you sample the ice cream before you buy. Whichever ice cream you want to sample and as many as you like. The quantities are okay. You get to choose a topping from a range of options for free. You pay an extra Ksh. 50 for a wafer. Sitting space isn't big but the chairs are comfortable. The place tends to fill up a lot in the evening from 4pm to 7pm. They have great offers and deals for both ice cream and milkshakes that they announce on their Facebook page. I recommend it.
There is literally nothing like Cold Stone ice-cream. Nothing!! It's totally bomb!!! Favourite place so far.

I ordered a birthday cake for my wife three days ago, when it didn't get delivered at the specified time, I called, only to be told the fellow who received the order "did not communicate" to his colleagues. Now I get a cake that isn't the flavor that I ordered. The writing is not legible. The guy apologised and told me he would send m a complimentary scoop of ice cream. Guess whether or not i got any ice cream #endofrant
