This is also a place where we believe the electricity bills are cooked. We have never trusted the bills that comes from this institution called Kenya Power and lightning company. Kenyans have a great feeling of not getting the service the deserves fro the company.
The headquarters of Kenya Power Company Limited, Kenya's sole distributor of electricity. The building design is unique and has lasted a couple of decades. Aside from the utility company, it houses a number of other businesses including medical and dental consultants, banks among others.
I visited the office on 17th Friday for token reversal paid to my old token that was no longer functional I followed all required process of filling the forms and then the lady (Fatuma) told me that she couldn't reverse instead she will forward to IT department and that I should go home ill get a message. In the evening same day I called the office and was told that I should be patient it takes long..... Today Wednesday 22nd I called the office being transferred across different extension but nobody is ready to help. Right now the office phone number is out if service.... I haven't got any reversal despite speaking to more than seven agents
