I've had a four year experience with Dr Wala and i can honestly vouch for the place. Granted i missed my appointments coz of school and just life in general hence the four years instead of the recommended 2 yrs.. my teeth are now completely aligned and i have Family dentistry to thank! Highly recommend for braces!!

Dr. Wala and his assistants saved my life!! I was visiting Nairobi and a terrrrrible toothache came over me. I was able to see Dr. Wala at 7am on a Saturday and he helped ease my pain and started the root canal process. I came back several days later to finish the job where Dr. Wala was extremely attentive. I'm so grateful to have received this high level of service away from home. Thank you Dr. Wala!!!

My 2 year old son started to develop a cavity on his front tooth. I took him to go see dr wala. I specified that I only wanted to see dr wala and not other dentists. So I got an appointment. On that day dr wala was late and when it was finally time to see him he passed me on to another dentist. The dentist did a very fake job and told me to just monitor it for now. I was worried as this cavity was spreading so I went to another doctor at aga Khan. The doctor was shocked at the recommendation as the teeth would start to break off and rot at the roots! Thank God I went for a second opinion. Kenya has a lot of fake dentists looking for easy money. My sons cavity was very small when I went to dr wala looking for help. Instead i took another 2 months before I realise that they didn't care about the patients. I don't know why it's called family dentist. Don't be fooled.

Booked an appointment the day before for 3pm the next day. Arrived 10 minutes early and was kept waiting in the lounge for 15 minutes. After I mentioned I had a meeting later that afternoon they finally took me to the dentist chair where I was kept waiting for another 20 minutes in the chair itself without anybody attending to me. I eventually left as they couldn't be less bothered and unprofessional. The parking lot had only one other car and the place was not busy. I agree with the previous post.. avoid at all costs. Pathetic service and their work is nothing special and very expensive.
