First of all, how are all your flights delayed? Its now 12.13pm. We were supposed to be on the 12 pm flight, but here we are, bags not checked in or tagged waiting for the 9am flight to take off. How can your inefficiency run so deep? This is a whole new level of unprofessional. Second, why do you run your airline like a matatu sacco? I mean, your plane is just as cramped and as rickety as a matatu, but even your staff's conduct and your operations are just as bad!!! When you bite off more than you can chew, your clients are often the ones who have to deal with your inadequate services and long terrible delays. It is not funny nor is it tolerable. You must do better.

Very disappointed in this airline. Made a booking for 23 December with my friend. Booking from MSA to Nbo. Payment was made and all confirmation details were sent to the airline via SMS as advised by the airline customer service. They sent us a till number for a company called BUFF AIR. A day before our flight realising no booking confirmation had been sent. Like nothing not even a 'thank you we've received' I called to find out what was going on. Three calls, the different customer care representatives none of whom could find our booking. Realising we could be stuck in MSA during peak season (we needed to get home to our families for Christmas) we were lucky enough to find travel arrangements and sent them a message saying as much and requesting a refund for the 10666 Kshs paid. Called safaricom to report the matter and now they are refusing to effect my refund saying that I cancelled my booking. Question is, how can I cancel something that was never there, never confirmed and couldn't be found by 3 of their staff??? Very disappointed indeed UPDATE: So the write to me saying they're very sorry and that I will receive a refund - they said the refund would be sent by the end of the week of 14 Jan 2019. That refund didn't come through and when I wrote them to follow up it turns out they have blocked my account because I can no longer send them messages. It's unbelievable.

It’s Christmas Eve today and people had booked way in advance on the 15.00 to Ukunda/Diani. Instead they depart at 16.57 to Mombasa! A mere 2 or 3 hours away by road depending on the ferry. No explanations given (other than the flight is delayed, which they knew about at 10.30 - how?) and really none would be acceptable.How many Christmas holidays did you ruin Tristar? Disgusting way to treat your customers. Never again
