Would definitely give 0 absolute the worst customer care services and can't contact directly.inept helpers who are unable to assess the issue. Charge for mistakes caused by them due to their inefficient riders . Do not recommend. Better off trying other apps or getting it yourself.

First time total failure. Thought I would try again using their promo code sent in “apology” mail. Second time was even worse than first. No one on the “help” section responded on the chat. I ordered food over 90 mins ago and still nothing.. see screenshots for correspondence. These guys r just a scam!

I didn't know Glovo was on Google Business. I love Glovo! Been using their services for a while now. Especially on weekends, prefer shopping from Supermarkets. I spotted a Glovo delivery man shopping at Naivas Capital Centre today, the way he searched for brown bread , no wonder they get my orders right. I highly recommend using Glovo. I just wished they included eggs on the shopping cart.
No customer care availavle in case of faulty orders. All you get is a symbolic refund of a few bobs. No working phone Number for customers.
