Trend carefully with this real estate They sweet talk you when they want you to lease HOWEVER, when lease ends, thats when vooices change and deposits disappear, either by being given the run around that the cheque signatory is outta town or being slapped ridiculous repainting and repair charges If it was possible, i would give them a negative rating
This guys will delay with your deposit for over two months. Whenever moving in into a house managed by them be warned. Move in at your own risk
Very unprofessional agents. Never ever engage them. They don't refund rent deposits. its been months since I moved and I had served them with a one month notice but they have not refunded my deposit. I will pick a personal war on this if I don't get my deposit back. Florence you don't want to be on the wrong side with me. Am giving you 2 weeks
The experience very bad and they don’t refund the full amount which a tenant had paid for the deposit after moving out, they have very bad and poor customer service

Very unprofessional when it comes to communicatation, they don't Know how to handle clients,I also don't know why they have issues refunding back deposit yet when you have arrears of 200 bob they can even blow your phone off according to the number of times they call, well I have issues with a lady called Florence I have been talking to her in regards to my refund which is stated clearly I should be having it after 14 working days upon vacating but trust me not it's nearly a month now, I am tired of even calling first she doesn't answer her calls neither doeshe respond to text messages,is this the service I was even paying for?
it's just that one can't put zero stars. This is the worst & most unprofessional company I've ever interacted with. Rude, unhelpful & dishonest employees with an extremely unprofessional outlook & laissez-faire attitude. For a company in the service industry, customer service is lacking at Goshens. Very pleasant when reeling you in but after you sign your lease docs, it's downhill from there. I wouldn't recommend dealing with Goshens to anyone, for sure you will have buyer's remorse.
