We had a poor experience at the place. After receiving a warning light about some HMMF fluid, we figured we'd take the car to Honda Nairobi. We were given a quote to which we agreed to and went to lunch as they "attended to" the car. An hour or two later, we come back, wait for some few moments then proceed to pay. But before leaving, we noticed the front left wheel was actually our spare tire. So, we decide to check the trunk and to our surprise, Honda Nairobi had somehow punctured our tire and didn't care to raise the issue. We head back immediately and raise a complaint. We were able to come to an agreement with the technician who promised he'd get us another tire the following day. Turns out the best they could give us was a tire that was in a poorer condition, thinner treads, than our original.

Came here to change transmission oil. When its done, waiting over 30 mins for bill to get prepared. Mind that people have other duties to attend to please. Accounts management up your work
Nice place, but made even better with the newly paved road to get there. It was terrible before. Prices for spares and labour charges slightly high but I trust they'll be worth the coin as Honda hopefully considers revising them, hopefully downwards, especially during these hard times
