Do NOT! I repeat DO NOT use these folks. Their communication is extremely lacking, rude and unapologetic. My delivery was about 2 months late, I was constantly in a monologue to understand the status of my delivery, promising to revert back to me, I almost gave up! It has been a disappointing experience , definitely do not recommend.
I would never recommend them. Was referred by a friend and followed what he advised me. I requested them for their UK delivery address which they promptly sent me. As soon as Amazon delivered there on 8 March, I communicated with the KE office and alerted them as well as gave them my KE contact details. Parcel arrived but I was not alerted. I had to call them on 29 March and they claim not to have my KE details despite my communicating to them 3 weeks earlier. They claim to offer a door to door delivery service but even after paying them promptly on 29 March, they still cannot deliver to me hence I had to collect in person on 9th April. A lady there, who clearly didn't have her facts right, claimed to have delivered what happened to be the same parcel to me earlier. Their communication is non existent and they should not claim to offer door to door services coz clearly, they do not know what that means. Such a shame!!!
Customer service for the UK office is utterly unprofessional and pathetic. I ordered good and only half the items arrived Enquiry from CS in regards to the remaining goods, yielded no response by email or phone. Beware! shipping with them is like gambling, sometimes you win but most likely you end up loosing TERRIBLY!!! PS. Would have given zero stars but it just not possible.
