WORST Mi shop in Kenya. Took my Mi note5 for a screen replacement and they completely butchered my phone. its not even usable anymore because the screen wasn't installed properly and is continuously ghost touching.

Impressive array of products but they dont have the latest Xiaomi technology which is disappointing... The staff is quite dismissive because they refused to change earphones for me simply because i tested them and did not like the sound quality very disappointing
