NEWMATIC has very beautiful stuff but after your purchase. things start to go left , Time schedule is never clear they don't show up on time sending different technicians coming up with different theories Very poor flow of communication that would be the negative thing just work on it . i am not a happy customer that is my honest REVIEW I GAVE MY NUMBER NO ONE CALLED
Quality kitchen equipment, welcoming personnel with sound knowledge in usage of what is displayed. Worth visiting for anyone discerning quality.

Yesterday we visited the showroom in lavington. We are to buy samples from different brand to check on the quality and later on to place a bigger order. We bought some kitchen hardware however the quality of customer service was poor....poor....poor....so that we will not consider to place our order with your company. The two ladies at the reception were unfriendly, arrogant and very rude in their speech. When I complained about their behavior they just look at each other and smile. My request to talk to the manager or someone in charge first they said the manager is not in...when I insisted one of them claimed to be the manager herself. Well, I don’t know if it’s true but if she was the manager then your company will lose more customers in future. I usually never write a bad review but in this case I wanted to let the one in charge know so that they can train their stuff how to treat customers.

Would be nice to advertise what they have in stock. Sadly not the case for Newmatic big on advertising but small on delivery/availability. I would look elsewhere before coming here.
Nice stuff but be careful when buying from Mombasa branch. The package was incomplete despite verifications before dispatch. The technicians also don't seem to be consistent when it comes to advising and installing the items you purchase.
