As you can deduce from the photos and video below, it is very spacious and abudant parking space is assured. Its also possible to keep social distance. However, you will get long ques of people requiring services ranging from psv badges, driving license, driving tests, vehicle inspection and other vehicular and motor related services. The worst scenario you might be required to part with some 'monetary motivation' for services (note i havent said bribe) as in all institution around(sic)

Most examiners are great, but there's a few who seem like they're always grumpy and rude (quite unfortunate, really as these are grownups who should understand a thing or two about respect/courtesy). Just do what you've gone there for and don't be bothered by such...Can't talk about corruption as I personally didn't bribe anyone for anything!
The entrance or gate reception was good. Here you have to explain your mission so that you may be directed to the right place or office. NTSA here carries out vehicles inspection and authorises licensing of vehicles amongst other services. On this particular day there was a long queue for people booking for the driving test. The queue was moving very first and people had their masks on and distance was being observed. The NTSA body conducts the driving tests for new drivers and issue the driving license. There is public transport to the place and those with private means there is plenty of parking space.
Well this place is great,No those long queues and the services are great and fast,I would this place everytime I am in need of NTSA services, There is ample parking too so no struggling
Was missing customer care/enquiries desk, you rely on the guards to find your intended service office. Waiting hall literally you slide along the wall not comfortable at all. The parking is cool
You may have to bring a few board games, a fully charged phone, snacks and a really large amount of internet bundles cause you ain't going anywhere anytime soon. I mean it's not fully their fault, I feel like they are quite understaffed seeing how several different things are going on in the same place but the guys doing it are the same ones. Just be ready to wait for sometime. That being said you could get lucky and zip right through the lines,another thing that bothers, guys are always cutting because they know someone from the inside. Anyway it is what it is.
