My gym of choice. Great and spacious with fantastic trainers. The rates are on the upper scale for Nairobi gyms of that nature. Front desk staff not the most friendly.

Since my last review the classes have really improved. The gym has made a great effort to make sure they happen and attendance is great. The instructors are awesome. A hidden gem. Please keep it up!
