Very good variety of tiles and fittings, but extremely poor customer service. You could walk in and move around for an hour before anyone bothers to ask if you need assistance.

They have a variety of tiles but poor customer services. I walked in with intention of buying, looked at some tiles and went out without any employee approaching to offer assistance. Get 1 or 2 more employees specifically to assist customers
Wide variety of tiles and house fittings. Not enough attendants to guide you though, so one should go prepared to consult their own fundi. One has options of down payment then paying the balance in instalments within one month.

An open space plan showroom and office, with salespersons ready to show you around and help you choose the tiles of your choice. They have amazing floor and wall tiles ,would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tiles.
