I recently engaged Silver Edge because of the positive reviews however; thus far my experience has been different. It has been 3 days since I signed a contract and submitted a 50% deposit payment. So far no one from their office has engaged me, returned my emails or phone calls since they received the deposit. Funny how when they were trying to get my business, email responses were immediate. After deposit payment, it has completely dropped off. No written confirmation of deposit, no receipt, no ratified contract and no response to my email messages. I am nervous but will wait and see what happens. If things change I will update my review but so far I am not happy.
