I have a Freelander 2 which developed rear diff issues. I met Charan who advised me on what parts to buy. Once all the parts were here the car was dropped off to Sharpe. Issues: 1. ABS light comes on. Rear bearings installed the wrong way round. 2. Noticed some oil on the rear diff when picking up the car. I was informed it is just a spill when they were fixing the issue. 2 days later I noticed stains on the floor - car goes back. Apparently they had not sealed the diff correctly. 3. 3 weeks later the rear diff noise appears again. Car goes back. Apparently one of the bearings was not mounted correctly. There is also now a new noise from the rear suspension which they were not to have touched. 4. Noise appears again. The issue seems to have appeared again and the noise seems much worse. Did not bother taking the car back. All this while there is no communication from the Garage. Every phone call is unanswered. I had to track it all the way to Karen to get a status. Clearly Sharpe do have some Five * reviews, unfortunately my experience was completely opposite.
