Very poor customer handling with little regard to ethics. The school at Kasarani branch lacks cleanliness especially the theory class room has very little ventillation. There is no structure to the theoretical classes. It appears trainers also were not equiped with adequate knowledge on the courses they teach. One positive side, if there is at all, is that one of their trainer (Ken) was exceptionally good.
