I absolutely adore this shop. She has a great selection of jewelry, specializing in silver she also has birthstone gems, great prices and quality. I live in the US and my fiancée lives in Nairobi and buying her jewelry is tricky but this store accepts PayPal making it simple and easy. Very professional yet friendly and very helpful l love this locally owned shop, I recommend this to all those looking for quality but affordable, they also have a website whereas other Nairobi shops don't.

Customer service is great, unfortunately my husband's Wedding Band cracked less than a year after purchase so it hurt to wear it.Sent it in to have it fixed (I suppose it was soldered)and now it has cracked again even worse..He doesn't wear it anymore for fear of it fully splitting in half. The essence of getting this ring is for him to wear it. I have been advised to bring it back in for it to be "patched" yet again but how long should we keep this up surely? Very disappointed on that front especially since it's an absolutely gorgeous ring.
