I had a bad experience. I took two jackets last week and got one of them back damaged, not well dried and so was stinking and wet inside. People need to be check carefully before just collecting clothes.

I must express my disappointment with the quality of service herein. I am a first time customer having paid KES 5700 upfront for express service for my suits which were picked from my office in upperhill to be delivered back. When the suits were delivered at the office reception, your rider had specific instructions that I have to remove the hangers and the suit cover!! This is simply ridiculous and really cheap as it left me standing at the office reception holding the four sets of bare suits that creased as a result! Your services should be more prestigious than that. I am truly disappointed. thereafter called your offices and they let me keep the covers on condition that I carry them with me to the office tomorrow!! seriously???? if indeed you guys are so keen on making every little shilling, you should leave the customer with the option to purchase the cover to save themselves the embarrassment. I should have known your services would be a problem the minute I called the number on the website for inquiries and was erroneously informed that delivery to Westlands is 1000 bob and a further 1000 bob to deliver the clothes back. I will not dare recommend your services to any professional lest they are left walking with unpacked clothes in the office premises!
